Anyone done an auto to std swap on a 69-70 car? I have a 390 4 spd setup out of a 68GT that I'm gonna swap into my 70ragtop , does anyone know if the 68 pedals will fit, and if not does anyone have the pedals for the 70?

try crossposting

on 69stang.com I believe a few of the guys (they post here too) there have done it. AFAIK, it's hard to find the clutch pedal.

I have done it but mine was a T5 conversion not a toploader swap.

I'm interested in this too. I'm planning a T5 swap. I have some pedals, but I have a lot of items to knock off the checklist before I get to the swap. The pedals I bought came from a '69, so I can't help with that part of the question.

Make sure when you get the pedals that they are for the proper brakes for your car.

Pedal Bracket

Worth,

I have a new pedal bracket for under the dash from a 1970 Mustang. I also have a big-block "Z" bar.

Need 'em?

Yo Worth buddy, if you come up short a few pieces I'm sure Tosey's in Wrentham will have what you need.
