I've found alot of information about a Vibration at 60-80 MPH in 6th, and I've noticed that my car seems to vibrate but only in 6th gear. I did a search and couldn't find much on a 6th gear only vibration . It goes into the SVT dealer next Friday, but wondered if anyone had this problem/problem fixed.

Have you checked out the 03/04 Terminator section over on SVTPeformance.com ? They have a dedicated FAQ for the 03/04s, might find some specific info about the 6th gear vibe:

You sure it isn't an 80MPH vide? I had the 80MPH vibe and they replaced my D/S and my IRS. It still vibrates. There is a TSB for this you know....

SOME 2003 MUSTANG COBRA MAY EXHIBIT A VIBRATION WHILE DRIVING. IF THE
VIBRATION IS FELT AT 45 MPH AND INCREASES IN INTENSITY AS SPEED INCREASES,
REPLACE THE REAR AXLE ASSEMBLY (FORD PART# 241L). IF THE VIBRATION IS FELT
WHILE DRIVING AT LEAST 65MPH AND INCREASES IN INTENSITY AS SPEED INCREASES,
REPLACE THE DRIVESHAFT (FORD PART# 2R3Z-4602-BA). IF THE VIBRATION IS FELT
WHILE DRIVING AT LEAST 65 MPH AND DOES NOT INCREASE IN INTENSITY, BUT IS
CONSTANT AS SPEED INCREASES, THEN NEUTRALIZE THE EXHAUST SYSTEM AS STATED IN
THE 2003 WORKSHOP MANUAL SECTION 100-04.

It only does it if its in 6th gear its too light to notice at 40 but you can definatly feel it around 60+. If you push the clutch in it goes away and if you go back to 5th it goes away

Never heard one with symptoms like that before. I guess you'll know something on Friday....

Well.... just stay out of 6th gear until then! I think 5th gear will maintain a highway speed without much trouble and I haven't had to use 6th in the 1320 yet! I think you'll survive until then....

I have the same on my 03. Not really noticeable at 60mph, but there at 80mph for sure. The rear view mirror starts to vibrate.
Now I have to convince the dealer he has to replace the driveshaft.
