I know Maricopa county has smog. Used to live in Glendale. Just wondering if Surprise was in the same county. I am not trying to get on your case
Just wish I could go that route with my car but I need to pass the visual and sniffer test every year. The only way I see to do a turbo setup and keep all the smog stuff is to do the remote mounted turbos like GreenMustangGT had done.
