All I can find is whole bezels for a 71-73 musang with a lame sony or pioneer CD Player. Any one know where I can find the kit to mount just the cd player in the dash? Ive searched for hours. Thanks in advance!

There's no such thing. You have to custom modify the die-cast bezel.

Sorry about image quality (old pic with crappy camera).

i've seen replacement bezels on ebay, i also think NPD carries them, that are made for a single DIN unit.

Just trim the backside of the stock bezel to fit whatever CD player you want. I've seen the plastic ones that come with the CD players sold by The Paddock and those places, They're pretty cheap/flimsy and everyone I know that's bought one has cut up a stock bezel and tossed the plastic one. Looks great when finished

It's been a while since I did mine, but I do remember most of the cutting being done from the back. If you have to cut from the front, put some painters masking tape on it to protect the finish.

Of course the one I bought doesnt have the bezel. Do you have AIM platonic? I have some questions, such as how does the cage mount in behind where you dremel? All i have is a big hole in my dash...

What I did was use the CD player "housing or "casing" to outline the back part of the bezel. Then I used a simple dremel tool to cut it out. Next I slipped the casing in and lifted up the proper tabs to hold it in place. Then I slipped the Cd player into the case and slipped over the trim so you cant see the cut or the caseing.

Works fine, no skipping even when i go over bumps and stuff.
