I'm planning on buying the accufab 75mm TB and plenum, I have a full exhaust so I figured I might as well get some in flow. All I have for intake is a MAC CAI. Only reason I'm not buying the 70mm is incase I go forced induction in a bit. Do you think this will be a problem if I have a tune done after I get it seeing I dont have injectors or new MAF?

Ok just so I'm clear.
Your getting a Plenum and TB, you already have full exhaust and then your going to get it tuned?
If so you should have no problems. In N/A trim I see no point in changing the MAF on our cars.

No tune 'needed' but it could help you to realize the full potential of the mod(s). But drivability won't suffer and you will feel a gain (at 3K +) mine really opens up, takes a deeper breath and pulls harder.
FWIW, I haven't had mine tuned since adding a mid pipe and Accufab plenum and TB. Just not worth it to me to gain a couple peak HP.

yup really feel it about 3k. you'll be happy with it. i have not been tuned ever...it seemed like i could feel my car re-learning things after i installed them with the RAI. my car felt a bit quick but not like i expected then after about a week and a half i gradually noticed it felt just a tiny bit faster

You don't need injectors or a new MAF for your setup. The stock injectors are good to 300hp or so and some people who are SUPERCHARGED are still using the stock MAF.

What you've done is given the car the potential to move more air. You need free flowing heads to really open it up and let it take advantage of the intake and exhaust mods.
