I got 75mm TB for $60(Many thanks to 03MGT).
Can someone tell me how to adjust TPS Voltage setting, or anything else I should know!

The only way to adjust it is to move it around a little bit. I'm not joking. I don't know what the voltage is supposed to be. Snug the screws into it and have a buddy sit in your car and tell you when the idle is where you want it while you move the TPS around a little, then tighten it down.

EDIT : Mity, save up for a plenum. Don't do, basically, the same job twice. AND the TB and plenum kinda work together. You won't notice much just from the TB.

EDIT AGAIN : I see your sig says C&L elbow. Is this the plenum? If so, disregard the first EDIT.

I don't want to discourage you, but those screws are a b1t3h to get out. If you strip the phillips head screws, just go to an auto parts store and buy a new one. Mine cost $35. I didn't stop until I actually cracked the old TB with a hammer and a pair of vice-grips. It would've been a 15 minute job if I would've bought the new TPS first.

When I put the new one on, I moved it back and forth then kinda put it where I thought the center was and I've never had any idle issues.

Set it by ear, while the motor is running (of course).

Yes and if you use an impact wrench, you will smash the TPS. Try using some WD-40 on them before you get started?

okay, i got the screw off. it actually came off easy enough. what PITA was slip stock intake rubber tube over 75mm TB. that took me longer then anything else!!!!

Now, my car idleing at 1000RPM right now. and dropps to 800RPM when I turn max A/C on. is my TPS setting screwed up? i'm at lowest i can go right now...

Yes, to reset your computer. Don't worry about that idle right now. Disconnect your battery for 30 minutes and reconnect it. When you turn your car to on (DO NOT START IT) let all your guages swing over and then back and wait a few seconds to start the car. Now, your computer will be reset. Drive the car for about a week and it will do some weird things while it learns to deal with the added air. Then, if your idle is still messed up, fool with the TPS if you want.

So i reset the ECU, and still idle at 1000rpm~1100RPM. and if i brip the gas, then RPM would hang up little at around 1500RPM, then come down to 1000rpm.
still 800+-rpm with A/C turned on.

what should i do next?

Go drink a six-pack of Yuengling, re-read my last post and go drive the piss out of it for the next 4 or 5 days then worry about the idle.

Dang that't funny because I'm going through the same thing. I changed TBs last weekend and put a Mac CAI kit on it and now it idles up and doesn't come back down until I come to a complete stop for a while. Now sometimes I have to take off in 2nd because the idle is still high when I try to go into 1st. Yeah, those 2 screws pissed me off big time. I stripped one of them a little bit. What I did was to take a pair of grip pliers and fit it tight around it and turn it. It broke it lose without me having to strip the thread.
Now I guess I'll mess with the TP sensor.

Oh yeah,, I also left my MAF screen off. Will this hurt anything? My Service Engine Light is also now on. I don't know if it was the installation of the TB, the CAI, or leaving the MAF off.....
