any down sides to getting a tb that big with the mods in my sig??? Eventually I am going to get a 347 stroker with a trickflow top end, and possibly a s/c! But it will be a while b4 I get that stuff. I dont want to buy a 65mm and then have to buy a bigger one later.

I've given a great deal of thought about this whole deal of .............
bigger is better tb issue :D

Last week I went to a high school reunion and ran into a couple of old gear head buds who are now involved in bikes big time.

One guy has a mo-ped
One guy has a hayabusa

I asked them about how they ran and what they had done to improve their 1/4 mile performance.

I won't go into all the details :nono:
BUT
Here is a couple things that may help you with your Question :nice:

1) Each guy had a 60mm tb on their bike
2) Each guy said their bike ran ... about how you'd expect :)

As we talked for a while, I found each guy went to a 75mm tb and picked up a 25% gain of time and speed in their 1/4 mile performance.

Now ... What does that tell you :D

Sorry ................. I guess its just a Freaky Friday or Sumpin

Seriously

I'd go with the 75 :D
