Mounting is completely different. plus they are not as wide , so I think some hole
will show for what your 92 is cut for. I went to 86 style on my 79 and had to cut
new holes , but since the later style is wider it didn't make a difference. If I still
had my 79 lights, I would have given them to you just to see if they fit.
To me it looks like theyre the same width due to the black filler piece and the license plate box. I dont really mind drilling a few holes. View attachment 410120 View attachment 410124
You have to weld in some plate to patch the stock light holes and cut out new holes, you will also have to rewire the lights. The outside lights are a combination brake, turn signal, and parking lights, the single middle lights are obviously the reverse lights.
