I have one as well. Came on the Fairmont in ‘78 and the pace car and a few other mustang models until 1980 or 81.
Requires some extra hardware in the car to mount. A lip in the front and two retainers to lock in the rear.
Was discontinued because it seemed to always fall down when driving.
