8.8 in a '67

I've been hearing that it is possible to swap in an 8.8 rear into a classic Mustang. Has anyone done this? If so how much work is involved in this swap?

Yeah it can be done, the guy down the street from me has an 8.8 in his 66 and said its fairly easy just have to cut the brackets off, measure it up, and weld the leaf spring pad on straight and centered up.
