8.8 Rearend questions

I'm thinking about using an 8.8 in my 98 Jeep Wrangler in place of the Dana 35. The Jeep folks point to the Explorer/Mountaineer setup from 97-99 as a good one. Does anyone know if ALL of those rearends have disc brakes? Also, do all of the 3.73 rearends have traction lok?

oh whoops i thought you ment the stang axles.. in that case i dunno but i would imagine it would..

i doubt they all have trac loc

The 4x4 Explorer/Mountaineer have a 31 spline Trac-Loc.
