8-bolt to 6-bolt flywheel swap

I bought a cheep 98 mustang cobra transmission but my motor has a 6-bolt connection. Can a GT 6-bolt flywheel work with the cobra transmission? Is there anything else I would need to change? I don't have a clutch yet so I can get one to fit.

you'll have to swap the extension housing on the Cobra trans to the GT trans as the trans mount and cross member mounting points are located in different positons between the 2
