86 GT No Crank No Click No start

So, I took the car to a welder for floor pans, got the car back and I had to get a new battery…
Got the new battery, fixed the terminal connections.
I’m running into an issue now where the car won’t start. I am able to start the car by creating a connection with a screwdriver to the solenoid.

Do you have power to other things like radio, head lights and gauges?

Do you have a digital volt meter? Or a test light?

Hook ground to battery, probe the push on connector wire from the solenoid, you should have 12v power on that wire with key in start position.

Check the ignition switch under the dash.
