I let my 86 sit for the summer. I absolutely needed a car with air conditioning cause it was just too darn hot.
Anyways, when I went to check my oil, I noticed it was empty. There was nothing on the dipstick at all. There was a black spot under the car, but that had been there for years so I didn't pay any attention to it. Went to start it, and sure enough the check oil light went on. So I killed it and went under the car to look for leaks.
It looks like my oil pan is leaking at oil pump line or something. It comes off of the side of the pan. My question is, since I'm just going to go and replace it, what pan do I get? I see a bunch of choices with and without an oil level sensor hole. How do I figure out which one I need?
