I would be inclined to go with the GT; although 347 is nice number.

4 eye cars are overated.

aero + coupe + 347 = a way better deal than some auto '86.

ill advised

Any more details? Right now I'm thinking LX all the way (especially if it's a 5-speed).

Stock AOD GT 86 = slow as hell compared to stroker coupe 5spd
that's just a fact. If it's for the same money, there shouldn't even be a debate

I'd take the coupe. You can mode the engine more since it's MAF + coupes are harder to come by.

The 86 dosent even have an engine, its a rolling chasi and the 92 is also a rolling chasi, it just has the harness, an apl computer and a 347 short block is thrown in w the car, the 86 has new interior though.

If its the same seller can you work a deal for the 86 plus stroker? If not then I change my mind go notch with the motor.

My Vote is the 86 GT unless it has rust issues BUT if you won't be able to get a motor any time soon, then go with the LX and 347, a tranny is a lot cheaper.

Man, I thought you were cool. Booooooooooo!

That said, I'd have to lean to the LX. Coupes are great, and these cars are just not worth having with automatics, IMO. I would also base my decision on how much you trust the builder/owner of the 347.

I also got a 347 w gt40 heads and intake sitting in the garage, but the 347 being sold w the 92 is a crate engine.
