I'm in the process of upgrading my mustangs suspension. I have shocks, springs, sway bars, rear control arms, 95 GT power stop brake kit, spindles and rear-end. I have the five lug rear-end and spindles off craigslist. Apparently they were off of a 95 GT. Turns out the spindles are 96-98 style. I know for 87-93 mustangs need 94-95 spindles with the stock k member. Is this the same case with the 86 GT? Do I need to change to the newer ball joints also? Thank you!
