I don't think this is the infamous idle problem. My stock 5.0 will idle fine, but in traffic, as I wait, will decrease in idle to where you need to give it a little boost. As I am cruising, the car will cruise fine, and then act like it is choking/timing out of sync. If you give it some gas, it will cough sometimes and then get back in synch. You can hear it in the exhaust I think.
I have reclaced the TPS, TFI module, rotor, cap, wires, plugs, coil and a sensor on the drivers side of intake manifold, one in the water line on passenger side of manifold. I have set timing from 10-18 degrees with no apparent change.
All of these have made it run better when it is not in its bog done mode. Any ideas?
