I have traced out a 86 EFI harness i need to know where some wires go, I posed on foureyedpride.com but i was hoping someone like Jrichker, hissin, or michael y could chime in I need to know where some wires need spliced to in my car i know where they go kinda but here is all the info i have gathered, there are two body connectors for the 86 harness i cut them off and traced all the wires back to where they start here it goes.
Two wires come off the O2 sensor connector in the main harness, one is Grey/yellow, and went to the 7 prong connector, and the other is Tan or yellow/pink. This went to the 4 prong connector Where do these need to go?the next ones are light blue goes to the #30 pin on the eec the autozone diagram says it should be white/pink and goes to the neutral safety switch, but it is blue and yellow, do i even need this? Next is a AC relay, it is black and yellow and goes to the 4 prong connector, There are two red wires coming off the Dizzy connector, one went to the 7 pin connector going to a "distribution" block of red wires, i assume this red one provides power to the EEC and harness? The other red/blue one i have no idea, it comes off the connector, and went to the 7 pin connector also I have a black and silver wire coming from the EEC self test connector, went to the 7 pin connector also. Then we have a tan/yellow with a red stripe it goes to the white connector to the fuel injection harness, and a red one that goes to the connector.
If anyone has any questions ask and i will reply asap, i work till 6 tonight but i should be online almost all night, im me if you have any idea. on Aol- one metallica69, or yahoo one_metallica1985@yahoo.com.
