87 2.3 stang upgrades

I have a 2.3 liter 87 mustang and i was wondering how i should mod it. I dont have a ton of money and i dont wanna kill the gas mileage. I dont kno that much about it so dont be to technical please. thanks

fine an 87-88 turbo coupe get the motor, harnes, computer, vain air meter volvo intercooler and some pvc pipes for intercooler piping from manards or something.

its cheap but it works untill you decide to do whatever else it is that crosses your mind.

if its an automatic, get a 5 speed installed. if u can handle a turbo swap, do that. other wise go for looks.
