Evening guys.I just finished installing a brand new Polished typhoon upper and lower intake.Nice part and seems of decent quailty for the price.Some gasket matching was needed but more time then money.I drop the PVC Valve screen in and it seems to fall to the bottom and within a fraction of falling into the lower and screwing up my day!Whats the deal with this?Am i missing something?

Mine was the same way, but it hasn't gone anywhere that I know of. You may be able to bend the baffle up a bit, if you haven't installed the lower just yet. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't worry about it.
