88 302 best choice intake?

Just finishing another 302
stock bottom end , new block
comp cams 550in-575 ex 223 dur in. @.050 228 ex @ .050
fr 1.6 roller rockers
comp 986 valve springs
e7t heads professionally ported and polished ,new valves
t-5 tranny (new) built by d&d performance
4:10 gears
fr alunimum drive shaft
msd dist. and box
edelbrock thunder 650cfm


want to run it up to about 6500, what intake should I use ? I`ve searched tons of threads with no definates. I want to be able to drive it on the street and have some torque, with mabye 2 times a year to the drag strip. any help would be appreciated. !!!

maybe a trickflow street heat?...with that set up you could really get away with a cobra/gt-40 though and really not have any problems

weiand stealth!!!!!!!!!! Best of both worlds! Car will still maintain low end grunt but wont get choked off on the top end! I loved this intake on my 331

You guys were right. Put a stealth on it with a 650 eddie runs great !!!!!!!!!!!!! A little loss on bottom end but top is great. Just have to figure how many rpms I can turn???????
