88-93 5.0l Upgrade 303 Cams-heads $$$

I've always thought it to be a waste of time to do heart surgery on a patient that's life is short. If you're not the original owner then it's really hard to know how hard its been beat on. That being said. If it's sound you are after, I would say get an H pipe and some flow master 40's and you should be good. If it's the thump you look for then a cam is what you want, but be careful.
