88 gt wont start unless sprayed with starting fluid

88 gt small cam crane cams coil, exhaust etc etc. Wont start without starting fluid has new iac valve tps and is a mass air flow car was converted by previous owner, runs rough upon starting wandering idle smokes a bit then will make a suction noise and and the idle smooths out and doesnt smoke please help lol also has new pcv valve

Go find the cranks but won’t start check list in the troubleshooting area. Going through the list and you WILL fix it.

Described symptoms indicate a vacuum leak.
