My brother has an '88 that needs a steering colum. Will one from a 92 fit? If so what needs to be changed other than the cluster? Thanks in advance.

The 92 column will bolt right into the 88 car. Try to get the 92 wheel with it, other wise, you will have to use the 88 wheel, covers, and horn ring. The 90-93 horn ring is different because they added the clock spring for the air bag.
