Rear lower pigtails should face rearward. Everything was torqued with suspension loaded. Agreed on front suspension. It is on the list as everything minus springs and struts is original.
I think it's a common issue on these cars. I once owned a '87 convertible. The drivers side rear sat 1/2" lower than the passenger side. I swapped springs and shocks. I also replaced the rear control arms. It didn't change. It seemed that the car was slightly twisted.
I have a good friend right now that owns a beautiful, low mile, mint '89 Saleen coupe. His has this same issue.

def get the car squared and ride height where you need it to be prior to the SFC or you will end up welding and locking it in tweaked. Make sure they have the car on the wheels and not suspended. when they weld them in.Question. Mine has this issue as well but I have a set of SFCs that I want to install. Could the car be squared up then these welded? Or would this cause another alignment issue?
You'd want to take your car to an autobody shop and have them put it on the rack so they can check out if the "frame" is square.
