that car prolly has about 100hp by now, with all that carbon buildup and all..

on the contrary, there was a honda accord wagon in the paper the other day with well over 700k on it, and didnt burn a drop of oil, they said, I think thats pretty crazy, my vert has 164k on it and it runs beautifly but I dont know if its ever had work to it, since it sounds like it has a cam in it, and for a aod car it runs faster than a stick car does, idk lol...

ford only gave them tickets for a show!!! damn cheapo's someone should have overhauled or gave her a focus or something...that thing is legend....673, that like 35000 miles per year since it was new! some damn free oil changes for life or something.this guy in orlando had a gti with almost 500k and VW gave him a i think 5k cash discount on a new GTI.... ford dishes out some race tickets? i mean it is better than nothing and it seams she appreciated it, but i think she would have teared up if they gave her a rehaul, a base model 05, or at least a freaking fruitbasket......
-rant over this old lady touched my heart, she seems crazy, but that grandma is shifting t-5 in an ol 5.0, if they aint cool i dont now what is!

she is very hoosierific, but good for her. No sense in buying a new car if the one youve got still fires up everytime!

If the motor has never been opened up then yeah that is pretty damn impressive. . I don't think a pos honda or toyota could have lasted that long.

i remember reading an article about a Saab that went a million miles in minnesota. The guy only stopped driving the car because the frame rotted away and he was afraid what would happen if he crashed, but saab gave him a new car and was going to put his in a museum.

Badass to say the least, most people think 150K is a lot.

If you were her son you wouldn't fit in the car.

Yeah, most hondas and toyotas can last 300k+ and these Stangs are good for 200k+ even when beating the **** out of them. I guess this is what happens when you drive them like most normal honda and toyota owners would.
