Have a 89 mustang Rev at around 4000 rpm and don’t have very much power very sluggish not picking up any power under load or in neutral has new fuel pump and filter and tfi modual and all new plugs and fluids threw out the whole car exhaust isn’t clogged checked the tps aswell I’m not sure what else to do
