90 gt got power no crank

got a 90 gt 5 speed been building for about 18 months now finaly went to start last week end and it wouldnt crank i have power and can jump the starter relay it will then crank. replaced ignition swith ingnition modile and still nothing got a new clutch swith pluged in but not on yet i manualy push the plunger end to check but nothing i dont have the jumper that goes to the trans thou ive been told by some i need it and others i dont want to get it running so i can get it tuned and to the track help

Check to see if you have power to the starter relay coil with the ignition key in the start position. The starter relay may be bad itself.

And if that fails, check in/out power at the clutch switch while cranking.
