Electrical 90 mustang cruise control advice

Update on this if anyone can help. Needing some help on cruise control. Car has new engine and trans. Has the trick flow stage 1 cam and it has about 10 inch of vacuum going to the servo and holds it holds vacuum. Has a new vss and is working. Has new steering wheel switches and the horn and all brake lights work. Any advice would be appreciated.
