91 Fox GT

Hey guys my bro is havein probs smogin his car the check engine light stays on but there is no codes we ran it 4 times and it goes 0-10-0. We cant unplug the light to smog it cause we live here in cali and they check for that crap. Does anyone have or had that prob??? Thanks for the help ill check this later cause im 31 today and wont be home for a while.

Sorry im using a lcd code Reader Its a 91 the way the book tells me is

there is two sets of codes and unless im doing it wrong or reading it wrong after the first set of codes a ten shows up to let you know that the second codes are ready to display ive did it both way's the car started then i tryed it car off but key on and no code so ether my bro's stang is on some good crack or this code reader sucks tail pipe
