91 gt questions

I my dad is looking at a 91 gt. The car is lowered with 15'' weld wheels, fiberglass cowl hood, mac fenderwell intake,the intake was yellow I don't know what brand it is, aftermarket h-pipe to dumped flowmasters. I think it may have had headers also I couldn't really see. Can anyone give me some rwhp guesess and 1/4 mile times. thanks

i bought a 88 gt that was stock except for an exhaust. and the best time i ran at the track was 14.7 something.
