Driver side lower intake manifold; ACT faulty sets code 24 or 54.

Right now the PIP sensor inside the distributor and TFI module are the most likely source of your problem,

To all who tried to help me the problem is solved. It was what I thought the whole time. Computer was taken back out and sent back to the rebuilders and they found problems with their work. I drove it until the weather turned bad in Virginia and it had gotten to the point that it would cut off at stop lights. No more choking at 3500 RPMS and no more cutting off at stop lights. Only problem now is an old one where I smell raw gas around the fuel tank fill. Cap was replaced and I see no gas on the pavement or car. Maybe one of the boots on the fill tube???????

I'd say either the evap line or the filler neck seal are bad.

Anyone know where the air charge Temp. sensor is located on a 1992 LX 5.0 ?

Its located on drivers side lower mani.. between 5-6 ports. You are going to need to take upper plenum off to get to it, unless your running an 1 inch spacer.
Hope this helps, Anthony

I've replaced the sensor without taking the upper intake off. The manifold was stock on a 1993 GT.

I should've stated, removal of plenum mandatory when running a real GT40 tubular intake. Stocker not necessary
