'93 32 valve mark 8 4.6, mods?

I just bought a '93 DOHC 4.6 in a '93 mark 8 parts car for 500 bucks complete. I am planning on putting it in a 87 to 93 fox body stang. I am wondering what all i will need to do and modify to make it fit and to make it perform. all help will be GREATLY appreciated. LOL
