That is the main ground for the CPU. You need that. Should be connected to the battery harness and engine block near the oil filter.
There should be a black wire that runs from that screw with the black connector to the battery, it is one of 4 ground wires that is essential to the computer/efi system
battery to block, not the timing cover, not an accessory bracket, the engine block.
drivers side rear of head to the fire wall
ground wire from the injector harness to the intake or head. This wire may be orange, not sure,
And the wire from the negative battery cable to the screw previously mentioned.
