Electrical 93 5.0 turns over - no start

1993 5.0 setup

Turns over doesnt start

Will start if fuel or starting fluid is sprayed into intake, spark is good

35lbs on fuel rail, fuel pump runs

Fuel injectors are not pulsing, confirmed with noid light

Fuel injectors have battery voltage on red side 11.8v

No fuel entering cylinders from injectors

Replaced ECM, no change.

Just based on your problem description and the fact it will start with spray fluid I would say to replace the PIP in the distributor or replace the entire distributor, I have heard that quality units are few so maybe another member can suggest a brand.
Did you just get this stang or was it running fine and one day wouldn't start?

I was thinking the PIP was suspect, thank you.

The car ran the day before when parked in garage... next day.. nothing.

Sometimes it will start up with the spout removed.

The section on the PIP is #4 but you can follow the steps starting at the beginning to test each function to find the issue.
