Hey,
I'm putting in new upper/lower control arms and KYB shocks in the rear of my 1993 Cobra. I replaced the stock uppers/lowers with MAC however after a few years of hard driving and a couple of close calls
.....the bushings gave up and shreaded.....
So, I'm back ripping out the rear suspension and noticed the shocks leaking so I replaced with the KYB Adj and then replaced the Uppers with Ford Racing and Lowers with Maximum Motorsports Adj.
After buttoning everything to proper torque at curb height, I noticed that the driver's side is raising up before the passenger side while raising the car off the stands. I didn't think anything of it at the time as I had a level on the axle checking for proper demsion and all was good.
I took her out for a spin and the drivers side is much looser than the passenger side when taking sharp turns (right), also getting some rubbing (not sure where yet). The passenger side is right on the money.
Any Ideas? Bushings? Driver's side upper?
I'm in the process of checking for loose bolts....will try loosening then re-tighting.......
