93 GT Rear seat installation

I am trying to put the rear seats back in my car. Once again I bought this car with no interior and am replacing everything. I am now ready to put the rear seat uppers back in but I am having trouble figuring out how they mount on the outside. There is no hardware in the round hole of the quarter plastic where the seat should obviously attach.
My question is are these what I need to complete this menial task so I can get on to the suspension??

Those look like the outside pivot brackets.

Where is that pic from. I used a similar pic to reinstall the console if you could link me to it that would make this a whole lot easier.
