Gonna get new seat covers for my front seats (my back is in great shape as are most foxes cause its hard to fit back there) so I gotta match 'em. Trouble is I'm not sure if they are opal gray or titanium. Here's a pic. She's a reef blue 93 hatch, lil help ?

I'm not an expert -- but I think that's opal grey - for titanium - you would have a brownish grey tinted carpet - like I did for my calypso coupe - maybe better pictures or your trim tag might help - someone should chime in -

I did the TMI leathers on my black vert and were real happy with them. Either way you go you're going to have to change the rear seat also, you cant see it now but against your new covers you'll see how bad its faded.

If they look to diff. from the rear I can always get it too but good point, I'll check it out. Just trying to save a buck... fronts are 250, full set is another 120 thanx for the input

tmi sent me leather and vinyl samples in white for my fox. i tried to ruin the samples to simulate wear to see if leather was worth the extra cash. it was near impossible to tell the difference in looks between the two and vinyl held up just as good as the leather did. just fyi if you go that route.
lrs told me that they only sell the complete front and rear "set" because tmi fronts will not match 100% to the oem rear seat. said it will be close but a car guy will be able to tell the difference.

Guys - first thanks for the plug and thank you even more for giving the right info :) Exactly what they said - aftermarket material is CLOSE but not 100% especially on that cloth, it's a bit tricky to make.
However - you may want to take that upholstery off nicely and see if anyone wants it - could help someone out big time. I can sell the Fronts Only , but you'd have a little material mismatch between the front and rear.
Let me know if anyone has any other questions!

Hi Waylon - I don't mean to hijack this thread - but I have a question - I have a 93' coupe w/lx seats - I plan on finding a set of GT seats - for sure in the front - my question is - I want the white leather that's found in the limited convertible - now I know the front seats are no problem - but what about the back seats - I assume that a coupe's back seat is the same as a convert correct? - plus if I can't find a coupe GT backseat - I wouldn't mind just re-covering the back seats in the LX black - does LMR - sell just backseat LX covers?
thx - let me know when you have the chance

Actually man I'm really glad you wrote because I've got really good news for you - in 92/93 The LX Bucket frames are the same as the GT Bucket Frames -- SO , all you really need is new GT Foam for your front buckets and a GT Full Set Seat Upholstery. Both the LX and the GT are a 24 inch frame w/o a leg lumbar - so it's just a foam upgrade and the new leather GT upholstery. The rear seats are the same so there is no worries there either. Hope I just saved you some loot and that you haven't bought those GT frames yet!!

No - but I was looking at some - thanks a lot - I appreciate it - a fellow stangnet -r has a set - I'm waiting on some pictures - so we will see - but I was planning on doing new foam anyway for a new feel to the seats - so I'll probably stick to your plan - or maybe get foam bottoms for the fronts of these others (do they just sell the bottoms?) - I'm so far away from interior on my project - I'm just sort of looking around - this thread got me thinking .....
