I solved you guys problems with having to clear your tinting over your tail lights.
I applied it to the inside of the lenses through the socket holes (patiently) and it turned out like this on a POS extra lens I have. The lenses were faded and they turned out looking shiny after the VHT on the inside. Enjoy!

Looks pretty darn good! I am impressed. I am surprised you were able to paint it that way through the socket holes. So, have you done a test install to see if the paint came out blotchy from not using a consistent spray pattern? I like your idea a lot since it would look factory tinted instead of painted. But yeah brave move

I put it up to a light and it looks a little uneven. I have an extra set, plus the other that goes with the one I tinted. I'm gonna sit here and think awhile on how I might get the other side better. Then I will attempt to do the other set I have as perfect as possible i.e, no runs, blothes or too dark..

There is an extra socket that is unused which must be cut to access the lower lens. I just cut the circle with a dremel and plan on sealing it back -up.
