94/95 SSP Cobra?

Pretty cool piece of unique history. Wonder if it’s still stored near you.

Our high school dare care was. Seized cobra.

Here in Hawaii the police have a subsidized vehicle program where we get a monthly allowance to use our privately owned vehicles for patrol as long as they are on an approved list. They install a removable light bar, radio and siren. Back in the late 80's and early 90's, Mustangs (LX 5.0 only) were one of the most popular cars used along with Grand Nationals, Buick T-Types and Monte Carlo SS. I know a guy who had a royal blue 1993 SSP.. same guy had a 2002 GT and then a zinc yellow 2003 Mach 1 with a 5 speed that he used for patrol. Now the old fart drives a Honda pilot as his patrol vehicle...but legend has it that he has that Royal Blue 93 SSP in his garage......beside his 7 up.

I can't remember who's red Mach 1 this is, but this is in front of the Waikiki Substation.
