Are the heads off of a 94-98 3.8L the same as the 99+ heads? I just got ahold of a pair for really cheap and was going to get a port and polish job done if they are interchangeable.

I bought the heads after I saw that the exhaust manifold matched up and there was no damage to them. I figured why not? Thing is, I don't want to invest too much time or money into these and them not be able to fit a 2000 3.8L. As I said, my stock header matches the stud holes perfect and the spark plug taps match.

Thanks for any input, I guess if they don't fit my car I'll give the whole eBay thing a shot.

No I don't beleive they are inter changeable, you would need the intakes swapped as well I would assume, then you would have to change the fuel rails and wiring and such. That is just a guess because I have never tried it but I am pretty sure there would be more than just a direct swap.
