has anyone ever done anything to their stock wing on these years?? I was thinking of moving it back a few inches to get a different look. has anyone does this?? whats u guys opinions on this??

I haven't touched mine but once it is lowered and windows tinted I thought about going wingless...but I LOVE the saleen 281 spoiler..you should look into that one..I would buy one in a heart beat if I could!

Personally, I like the wing where it is. I think all SN95 year cars should have a wing, while 99+ers look usually better without one.

I feel ya there..isn't it funny how we owe less on our stangs than jsut about anyone with a 99+ and we are still to broke to do anything? lol..anyways I dont know about moving it..may have to re drill some holes? I would love to see what it would look like moved back...mayben someone can do a photoshop for us and show us how it looks?

I was thinking of moving it back a few inches to get a different look.

Underneath the trunk lid, there are access holes to the bolts which hold the wing on. If you move it back a few inches, you will no longer have easy access.

However, I guess that might be minor in comparison to having to patch the holes on the top of the lid.

it looks good to move the wing on the 99 and 2k stangs back..makes a HUGE deal of improvement to the looks of the car in my opinion..still curious how it loks on these

try out the s351 wing its a little different then what i see here in texas i always see s281 or the boss wing just my two cents

well guess what, today i moved it back...lol i had nothing to do so i did it. i have pix, the only thing i 4got to do was to take b4 pix, i took pix of it after. I moved it back like around 2 inches, i think it looks better, but thats just me. i couldnt go anymore or it would hang out of the trunk, well let me know if u guys want pics.
