94 mustang convertible top

Hello i have a 94 mustang and the convertible top stop working. is there any advice that someone give me. please help thank you

Do you smell hydraulic fluid ?
Can you hear the motor?
Is the emergency brake on?

What is happening??

i do not smell hydraulic fluid.
my car motor is running and no i dont have the emergency brake on.

so when i bought the car off of someone the top went down fine no problem nothing and then now that it is getting hot i tried to put it down and nothing is happing anymore..

The emergency brake must be up... on..... for the electric motor to bring the top up or down
