I dont have a 5.0 (obviously ) but my friend is wanting a 94GT. What are some mods that you would recommend to get this car beating new GT's and pre-03 cobras? The car currently has:
- 3.55 rear end
- B&M Ripper Shifter
- K&N Filter (w/ Cold Air Intake)
- SVO Extender (whatever that is, i dont know)
- Underdrive Pullies.

The car has BONE stock everything else, even the stock 15" or 16" silver ass wheels and 8" tires. Give me a list of mods, what kind of benefits it would give and prices. So i can get back to my friend about this. His goal would probably be 300rwhp. What does this car come stock? And with the mods above, what would be the questi-mation on THIS car's RWHP or HP? I apreciate the help guys

stock hp is 215 at the flywheel. heads/cam/intake steup will give him 300hp. as for what its got now, maybe 225 at the flywheel. get full exhaust to let it breath more, mass air and throttle body, then H/C/I.

Yeah, most popular mods are exhaust, pulleys and intake manifold. With those he could be more than a new GT. Stock he is putting down probably 190rwhp; the new GTs put down 225rwhp. If he wants 300rwhp, new heads and cam are in his future.

Intake about $490, AFR 165 heads 1350, custom cam I think they usauly start at $300. Not cheap not to mention messing whith the computer to make it run right ( don't forget supporting hardware like injectors, throttle body, mass air, bigger fuel pump, ajustable fuel pump regulator, ect.) There is always giggle gas

Get rid of those 3:55's and opt for some 3:73's. That should help him out a little.

You gotta sink a lot of money into our rides to get them going. Plus our stupid computers....

Yeah, but that is the beauty of it. At least we can get them going.
