Looking at picking up a 95 5.0 running stocj long block with 140k miles on it. Trying to figure out a reasonable price to offer for it... Any thoughts?
I've seen them given away on FB groups. I wouldn't offer much really. There is a complete, dresses stock 5.0 for $200 on there now, so a long block I'd probably offer $100 tops
Lol! I wish that was the situation around here... Prices range $500 up for running long blocks north of 100k miles and $100-$300 for rebuildable long block cores...
That's a lot! I have 4 engines at the moment. Two I got free, the other two I paid $100 each. One of them when torn down was a forged 30 over 306. That was one of the $100 ones. Where do you live?
