95 Cobra R Valve Covers? Might Be Stupid Question

Would 95 Cobra R Valve Covers work on a GT? Reason I ask is because 351 vs 302....just not sure about it...

Might as well get a 351 to go with the valve covers if they don't fit the 302.

The Cobra R used GT-40 heads, so I don't why the valve covers wouldn't fit...

302 and 351 heads are the same (head bolt size is different but that doesnt matter)

the heads i have now were on a 351

i would think real cobra R covers would be worth some $$

go with fox VC's if you need the clearence

I don't know for sure but I'd bet they are the same as my '94 Cobra Valve covers, similar to a GT but just slightly more depth, a slightly different baffle, and they're double layered for more sound suppression. Oh, and they have COBRA stamped on them

The Passanger Valve Cover is different on the Cobra R. It'll work on the 5.0. The GT and Cobra share the same valve cover excapt for Cobra says Cobra on it. Besides that there the exact same covers. But the Cobra R has a specific Passanger side cover. I will try to find a picture of it.
