With traffic 20 min. I live in Florissant its in NoCo (North County) St. Louis county. I grew up about 20min (with traffic) from MAR out in the sticks of St. Charles Co.
I do the 170 to 70 to rt3 way...I tried 270 to 255 to rt3 and it took FOREVER with lights and traffic.
