Change plugs, wires, cap, rotor and then see where you are. My car was the same and when I changed plugs they were the factory plugs with 123k miles on them and up to .130" gap... due to this and the factory wires the electrode on the coil was shot too...
Then clean the MAF and all of the other easy and cheap stuff... you are going to want to pretty soon anyways...
