Going with gt-40 heads, gt-40 upper and lower intake. My question is what would be a good cam with that setup and also what rockers specifically should I buy ?.
I am looking for more low end power than up top but would like to get into the mid to low 13s. I installed 410s and car has the T-45. Not looking to do any porting other than matching. Would enjoy some lope to the idle. Any cam suggestions would be appreciated.

Do you still have the stock valve springs or did you upgrade them?

I wouldn't recommend either of those. Your 95 needs a LSA of 114* or better to maintain good drivablity. Off the shelf wise the Steeda #19 and the Comp XE264HR-14 would work well with the Steeda being the more aggressive. You will need to upgrade the valve springs for either. I run Scorpion Endurance RRs and like them because they are low profile and fit good under stock valve covers. The Steeda cam is designed for 1.7RRs BTW.
