is there any way of getting ahold of the wire hirness side with a plug or can i buy a replacemnet somewhere???

You can grab a plug from a V6 car since they are the same, plenty of those in the junk yard! Try to get one with a good bit of the wiring length on it.

Looks like most of your pins are still there, maybe you can get another connector and repin it with your pins and it'll be just like original, no splicing!

ohh ok i didnt know they were the same but thanks im gonna probably go in the next few days and check it out THANKS

Thanks... i actually went back to the junkyard to get my airbag sensors which i had forgotten and they gave me the clip for the ccrm ... I was happy

Very ambitious but if you have the time and $$ then go for it.... Keep us posted on the progress....

i admit it looks pretty sweet but i wanted to keep it original and plus all the junkyards didnt have one and i didnt wanna buy them new and overpriced

Well its been a while but i havent gotten much done since the last time i posted besides actually tryin to start her up this evening. I went to Advance and bought a battery and the first turn of the key she started right up no problems (YET). But wednesday we should start on pulling all the damage out and it sucks it couldnt have been last week because we got church all week. this week its out spring meeting, so not much work time. But hopefully we should b done by this weekend. I'll post some pics after were done pulling it. I CANT WAIT. Btw she sounds awsome and i cant wait to go cruisin!!!

Well started pulling today ... We got pretty far and it wasnt even all that bad, but monday we should b finished up. but as of now i need a radiator, condensor, one impanct absorber, smog pump pulley, and a fan and shroud! AS OF NOW ANYWAYS lol. but hey i knew what i was getting into but im jobless but i might start working tuesday so i can get some goodies.

Shes done 5 months later!

it's been raining the past couple days so the pics suck shes dirty and wet. only thing wrong is that the air bag light still flickers but ohh well thats another day!

looking at the first pics i was thinking you paid too much

finished looks great tho!

just needs a bit of a drop and some nice headlights and itll completely change the look of the car

Nice work! Any chance of some engine bay shots? There was alot of carnage in there and I'd like to see how that turned out.

I agree on the headlights (jus temporary until i get paid)

and yeh it does need a drop for sure

ill get you some engine bay pics tomorrow
